In the 1990's the township garage was built along with a large shed. In 1995 after months of securing a grant, paperwork, phone calls and just plain hard work, a new office building was erected. A paved driveway and a handicap accessible ramp were also added. Previously the office was in the township secretary's home and not centrally located or handicapped accessible. Sylvia Bunzer, the supervisor in 1995, stated she felt fortunate the township has this building completely paid for with no increase in taxes. Rep. Camille "Bud" George secured $20,000 in WAM (walking around money grants) grants for the township office project and also additional funding for water and park improvements. Also, numerous local businesses, contractors, engineers and residents donated their time to complete this project. The newspaper clipping depicts an Open House for the residents of Graham Township to view the building and enjoy cookies and refreshments. The Graham Township buildings are located along Deer Creek Road in Morrisdale Pennsylvania, next to the Interstate 80 Bridges.

We would like to recognize Todd Mathews, Leon Taylor, Gene Emigh and Joe Davis for the great job they did on the sign. Also, recognize Chuck Reed, from Bradford Township, for the lettering.
